ONE RIZAL FIBER – TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

1. Service Agreement
   By subscribing to One Rizal Fiber, the client agrees to comply with the terms and conditions stated below.
2. No Lock-In Period
   Clients are free to discontinue the service at any time. There is no required contract duration.
3. Payment Policy
   • Payments must be settled on or before the due date.
   • A 5-day grace period is given after the due date.
4. Service Disconnection
   • Failure to pay within the grace period will result in temporary disconnection of internet service.
   • Strictly no payment, no connection policy applies.
5. Equipment Responsibility
   • The router and adaptor remain the property of One Rizal Fiber.
   • In case of service termination or non-payment, all equipment must be returned in good condition.
6. Reconnection
   • Reconnection of service may be subject to payment of outstanding balance and applicable fees.
